Inc. was started by Dennis and Polly Vance in
April 1994. Our goal then and now is to help
our customers own their homes for the least
expense possible. Customer satisfaction is our
top priority. Today 65% to 70% of our business
comes from referrals and repeat customers.
On September 15, 2003 we moved
to our new location at 3130 S. Fremont Ave.

Vance Vice President,. has
lived in the Springfield area all of
his life. He has a Bachlor of Science
degree in Finance from SMSU. Dennis
has over 18 years of experience in residential
and commercial lending. His top priority
is to provide the highest possible standard
of service for his customers.
