Mid America Mortgage Services of Southeast Missouri,
Inc. opened its doors in Jackson Missouri on
December 1, 1997.
Since opening our goal has been
on providing the customer the best loan for
their needs and goals. Our excellent service
has allowed us to build long-term customer relationships,
our best form of advertising, resulting in a
70 - 75% repeat and referral business.
We moved to our current location, 2260 E.
Jackson, October 1, 2000. Our lending options
include residential, commercial and construction
loans. |

Tim
Walker serves as Vice President
of Mid America Mortgage Services of
Southeast Missouri, Inc. He moved to
Jackson in November 1997 from Columbia,
MO to open this office. Tim started
with Mid America Mortgage Services,
Inc. in 1993. He is married to Leslie
and they have two sons, Christopher
and Adam. He is an active member in
the Jackson Rotary Club, where he served
as President in 2002-2003 and Secretary
in 2000-2001. He is also a member of
the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. Tim
attends the Worldwide Church of God
and serves on the board. In his leisure
time, he participates in softball and
basketball leagues and enjoys scuba
diving. |

Ryan
McClard joined Mid America
Mortgage in May of 2002. He currently
has two and one-half years of lending
experience. Ryan is an active volunteer
for the American Cancer Society’s Relay
For Life. He is also a member of the
Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce,
and the Cape West Rotary Club where
he currently serves as treasurer for
this service organization. |
